Track BPM

Not sure how to operate this application but here goes. The Rhythm Figures modules has tracks for the various examples. The tracks are in three speeds. Can anyone tell me the BPM for the three -- slow, medium and fast. Guess I could get my metronome and figure the answer but thought I would do it the easy way and ask. I can handle the slow and medium pretty good but the fast one -- not there yet.

Albert, I've got a slightly different one. With this you can tap along with the song to get the tempo. but it's got a built-in Metronome that will then run at the tempo that you've been tapping. I also like it because it's got a visual cue to the beats, as well as the click.
